The priority option is to focus on the implementation of projects in the form of ‘turnkey solutions’, i.e. based on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contracts, enabling comprehensive project implementation from the initial concept to commissioning, while adhering to a fixed schedule according to a precisely defined scope.
The company structure covers all key activities such as project management, design, procurement
of supplies and services, quality control, shipping, supervision of construction and assembly work, commissioning and handover for trial operation. All processed projects are performed in compliance with contractually defined standards (e.g. ČSN, ANSI, DIN, ISO, IEC and others). The financial scope
of investment projects (new projects and brownfields) is approximately CZK 1 billion.
Refinery and Petrochemical division
Providing "Comprehensive" engineering services in the implementation of projects in the field of Oil
and Gas processing and also in the field of Petrochemicals. Implementation of new or reconstruction
of existing production units. Own design of technological solutions for OPEN ART processes
and cooperation with global licensors (Axens, UOP, GTC, Exxon Mobile, Jacobs, Pörner, Haldor TopSoe) in the development of licensed processes. Process simulations / optimisations are carried out
in a comprehensive design system including a 3D model.

Providing project management of new power and heating plants, supplies power units, boilers and boiler rooms including accessories, steam part of steam/gas plants and cogeneration units, industrial process heat recovery equipment, heat supply and distribution systems including heat storage, fuel preparation systems and piping systems. Complex modernisation and refurbishment of boilers and power plant’s accessories, major as well as regular overhauls of boilers and its accessories.
